These terms set forth the conditions for using the rental car service provided by our company. Reservations and drivers may use this service only after agreeing to these terms.
1. Reservation and Contract
An online reservation is merely an application to secure vehicle availability.
The rental contract formally takes effect when you complete document verification and payment at the store on pickup day and our company hands over the vehicle.
Subject to vehicle availability, maintenance, weather or other unavoidable circumstances, we may provide an alternative vehicle of equivalent class.
2. Eligibility to Rent
The driver must hold a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle category.
Overseas visitors shall present a valid International Driving Permit recognized in Japan, a driver’s license accepted under Japanese law and the corresponding official translation document together with your passport.
We reserve the right to refuse vehicle handover if required documents cannot be presented.
3. Fees and Payment
Rental charges, optional add-ons, insurance premiums and other related fees are subject to your reservation details and explanations provided at the store during pickup.
In principle, rental fees are payable upon vehicle pickup. Additional costs incurred due to rental extension, late return, insufficient fuel, vehicle damage and other incidents must be settled separately.
4. Vehicle Usage Rules
Only the driver registered during the reservation is permitted to operate the vehicle.
Users must comply with all road traffic laws and exercise due care when using the vehicle.
It is strictly prohibited to lend, sublet, transfer the vehicle or use it as collateral.
Drunk driving, driving under the influence of drugs, driving without a license, reckless driving, illegal driving and any improper operation determined by our company are forbidden.
5. Pre-Departure Inspection
Before departure, please inspect the vehicle exterior, accessories, remaining fuel level and existing damage together with our staff.
Once you leave the store with the vehicle, you are deemed to have acknowledged the vehicle’s condition at the time of pickup.
6. Vehicle Return
Please return the vehicle to the designated store at the time agreed in the contract.
If you expect to return the vehicle late, contact us in advance. Approval for rental extension depends on subsequent reservations.
Late return without prior notification will incur extra charges and compensation for resulting losses.
The fuel level upon return should match the level at pickup. If fuel is not refilled, fuel fees and administrative charges will apply according to our regulations.
7. Accidents, Breakdowns and Theft
In the event of an accident, breakdown, vehicle damage or theft, immediately notify the police, relevant authorities and our store.
Do not move or repair the vehicle without our instructions (except for urgent measures required for safety).
Failure to report incidents, submit required documents or contact our store may result in exclusion from insurance coverage and compensation plans.
8. Insurance Coverage and User Liability
Insurance coverage, compensation scope, applicable conditions and deductibles shall follow the explanations provided during vehicle pickup.
Costs arising from violations of laws, breach of contract, intentional acts, gross negligence or operation by unregistered drivers shall be borne entirely by the user and are not covered by insurance.
All parking violations, traffic fines, toll fees and penalties incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the user.
9. Reservation Cancellation

10. Personal Information
Our store processes personal information to complete reservations, vehicle rental, identity verification, communication, payment collection and fulfill legal obligations. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
11. Amendment of Terms
We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Revised terms take effect upon publication on our website.
